ATC (Alliance Technology Corporation) from Maryland, USA introduces the latest advance in UV coating machine technology. The UV-24 Cyclone machine is modular in design for easy maintenance and its ease of use means that no special operator skills are required. These units provide high speed dry to dry protective lamination for photography and digital ink-jet images printed with various types of inks (UV, solvent and water based).

The UV-24 unit coats flexible and rigid substrates up to 4 mm thickness. A coating speed in excess of 9 metres per minute can be achieved and the coating thickness is adjustable from 3 - 10 microns.

The built in triple liquid delivery system uses three pumps each with its own filtration system, one for gloss, one for lustre or matt and one for cleaning fluid.
